PCC ROOM USAGE POLICY
• All room usage should be booked through the Office Administrator M-Th, Friday except evening, Saturday, and Sunday afternoon.
• Kitchen use needs to be additionally approved by the General Affairs deacon.
• Any outside organization needs to book through the Trustee and be approved by the church council. Please refer to the current PCC Rental Policy for details.
• Otherwise, usage will be on a first-come, first-served basis, with grace encouraged if a room is better suited to another group.
• Staff meetings do not need to go through the Office Administrator.
• Room usage on Friday nights and during Sunday service and Sunday School time will be organized by the Trustee and approved by the church council.
