Mission & Vision

Pittsburgh Chinese Church exists to exalt the glory God the Father by establishing our members in the faith and worship of Jesus Christ, and empowering them to be disciple makers so that they might, in cooperation of other Christians and the Holy Spirit, extend God's Kingdom to all people by sharing God's word and through service to those the greater Pittsburgh area as well those in other parts of the world.

Our Description is:

Matthew 5:13-16 “You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled by men.
¹⁴“You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden.
¹⁵Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house.
¹⁶In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven.

Our Mission is:

To help people experience the fullness of God’s love,

To grow together in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ,

To share our experience with others outside the church through the enabling of the Holy Spirit.

Our Strategy is to:

Invite people to experience God’s love and grace

Invest our lives in helping one another grow in the knowledge of Jesus Christ

Involve ourselves in serving others outside the church, locally as well as globally

We believe that each life reached by the Gospel of Jesus Christ is a destiny changed!
